Florifera Return and Refund Policy

At Florifera, we are committed to ensuring that you love your floral arrangements as much as we love creating them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fresh flowers. However, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide photographs of the arrangement and packaging.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong arrangement, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized floral arrangements.
  • Flowers that have been cared for incorrectly after delivery.

2. Refunds

If eligible for a refund, you will be notified once your request is processed. Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Orders: If we cannot replace a damaged order, we will refund the full amount.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund due to the preparation process.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@florifera.com.

3. Replacements

In the event of dissatisfaction with your flowers, we may offer a replacement. Please note:

  • Replacements are issued based on stock availability and may not be identical to the original arrangement.
  • You must request a replacement within 24 hours of receiving the product.
