Florifera Shipping Policy

At Florifera, we aim to deliver your floral arrangements and gifts with the utmost care and efficiency. Below, you'll find our shipping guidelines and policies.

1. Delivery Areas

Florifera offers local delivery services within Pune and select surrounding areas. Please check our serviceable delivery zones at checkout or contact us to confirm availability.

  • Local Delivery Coverage: Pune and nearby areas.
  • Special Requests: For deliveries outside our standard delivery areas, please contact us at +91 7776005500 or hello@florifera.com to inquire about availability and charges.

2. Delivery Times

We offer flexible delivery time options to suit your needs. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we prioritize timely delivery.

  • Standard Delivery: 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Sunday.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1 PM are eligible for same-day delivery (subject to availability).
  • Scheduled Delivery: You can schedule your delivery for a specific date and time during the checkout process.
  • Special Delivery: Early morning or late-night deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: A nominal delivery fee will be added at checkout based on the delivery location.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Additional charges may apply for urgent or same-day deliveries.
  • Special Delivery Requests: Special requests for early or late deliveries, or deliveries to non-serviceable areas, will incur extra charges.

Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and will be displayed at the checkout stage.

4. Delivery Process

We take special care to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

  • Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will:
    • Attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor.
    • Contact you or the recipient to arrange alternate delivery instructions.
    • Leave the flowers at a secure location at the delivery address, with prior approval.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: In cases where delivery is not possible (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unreachable), we will attempt to reschedule or you may pick up the arrangement from our store.

5. Order Cutoff Times

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 1 PM for same-day delivery service.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered the next day unless you specify a later date.

6. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the delivery details, including the date, time slot, and delivery tracking (if available). For any changes to the order, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Special Occasions & Peak Seasons

During peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and festive seasons, delivery slots may fill up quickly. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Please note: During peak times, delivery windows may extend beyond standard delivery times due to high demand.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Florifera is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a redelivery is required, additional charges may apply.

9. Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver on time, but unforeseen events such as traffic, weather conditions, or public holidays may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work to ensure timely delivery.

10. In-Store Pickup

If you'd prefer to pick up your order, you may choose the In-Store Pickup option at checkout. Orders will be available for pickup during regular store hours. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation for collection.
