- Freshness Guarantee: Our flowers are guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery. However, since flowers are perishable, they may have a limited lifespan depending on care.
- Product Images: While we strive to accurately depict our products, images displayed on the website may vary slightly from the delivered products due to the nature of flowers.
3. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and UPI payments. All payments are securely processed via Shopify's payment gateways.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at hello@florifera.com.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery Policy
We offer flower delivery services within Pune and surrounding areas. Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout. While we strive to deliver your order at the requested time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Delivery Times: Standard deliveries occur between 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Sunday. Special deliveries (early morning/late night) may be arranged upon request with additional charges.
- Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or leave them at the recipient’s doorstep, with prior customer approval.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
You can cancel or modify your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to cancellation fees. To modify or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@florifera.com or call +91 7776005500.
